These Terms and Conditions apply to all programs, services and interactions offered by QSFS — Quit Smoking and Nicotine Freedom System — founded by Aman Doda.
By registering for any QSFS program, masterclass, consultation call or service you agree to these terms in full.
QSFS — Quit Smoking and Nicotine Freedom System — is a live online coaching program that helps people quit smoking, gutka, khaini, tobacco and nicotine permanently through a structured behavioral coaching system.

QSFS — Quit Smoking and Nicotine Freedom System
A structured 3-week live online quit nicotine coaching program.
Total Program Fee: ₹9,411
Payment Option 1 — Full Payment:
Pay the complete fee of ₹9,411 upfront and secure your seat immediately.
Payment Option 2 — Split Payment:
Pay a commitment deposit of ₹1,111 to reserve your seat.
The balance amount of ₹8,300 is due after attending the first two live sessions.
Batches run every 45 days. Seats are limited per batch.
Additional programs including Thrive and Project Life Mastery are also offered. Fees and details for these programs are communicated separately at the time of enrollment.
To secure your seat in a QSFS batch you must either pay the full program fee of ₹9,411 upfront or pay the commitment deposit of ₹1,111.
All fees are in Indian Rupees.
Seats are limited per batch. Payment confirms your enrollment and reserves your seat.
Non-Payment of Balance:
If a student who has paid the commitment deposit of ₹1,111 fails to pay the balance amount of ₹8,300 after the first two live sessions — they will immediately lose access to all further sessions, program materials, coaching, guidance and community support for that batch. No exceptions will be made. The commitment deposit of ₹1,111 is non-refundable in this situation.
QSFS is a live program. Your results depend entirely on your commitment, active participation and consistent effort.
By enrolling you agree to:
QSFS and Aman Doda reserve the right to remove any participant from the program without refund if they engage in disruptive or disrespectful behavior.
QSFS is a behavioral coaching and educational program. It is not a medical treatment and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
If you have any medical conditions please consult your doctor before enrolling.
Individual results may vary and depend on commitment and consistency with the program. QSFS does not guarantee specific outcomes.
All content shared in QSFS programs — including session recordings, materials, frameworks, methods and resources — is the intellectual property of Aman Doda and QSFS.
You may not record, share, reproduce, distribute or sell any program content without explicit written permission from Aman Doda.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
QSFS reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our websites. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
