At QSFS we believe that real commitment is the foundation of lasting change. Our refund policy is designed to honour students who genuinely engage with the program with sincerity and full effort.
Please read this policy carefully before enrolling.
The commitment deposit of ₹1,111 is completely non-refundable under all circumstances.
This deposit secures your seat in the QSFS batch and represents your commitment to beginning the program. It is non-refundable regardless of the reason for withdrawal — including but not limited to change of mind, personal circumstances, inability to attend or dissatisfaction before the program begins.
The balance payment of ₹8,300 — paid after attending the first two live sessions — is completely non-refundable under all circumstances.
By choosing the split payment option and attending the first two sessions you have experienced the program and made an informed decision to continue. The balance payment represents your commitment to completing the full program.
Students who fail to pay the balance amount of ₹8,300 after the first two sessions will immediately lose access to all further sessions, program materials, coaching, guidance and community support. The commitment deposit paid is forfeited.
Students who choose to pay the complete program fee of ₹9,411 upfront are eligible for a refund only under the following strict conditions:
Condition 1 — Time limit:
The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the program start date.
Condition 2 — Session attendance:
The student must have attended all 3 live sessions conducted in week 1 of the program.
Condition 3 — Task completion:
The student must have completed all tasks and activities assigned during the week 1 live sessions.
Condition 4 — Active participation:
The student must have genuinely engaged with the program content and coaching during week 1.
Condition 5 — Written request:
The student must submit a written refund request by email to amandoda@quitsmartly.com within 7 days of the program start date clearly stating their reason for requesting a refund.
ALL FIVE CONDITIONS must be met for a refund to be considered.
If any one condition is not met the refund request will not be approved.
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:
Only students who paid the full fee of ₹9,411 and meet all five conditions in Section 3 may submit a refund request.

Step 3 — In the email include:
Refund requests submitted after 7 days of the program start date will not be considered regardless of the reason.
If your refund request is approved it will be processed within 7 working days of approval.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of enrollment.
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of QSFS and Aman Doda.
Our decision on any refund request is final and binding.
